To Avoid Damage

I am working in a famous restaurant where customers come and go at any time of the day. Some of them have to wait for a finish customer just to get a vacant table.

One day, while I am wiping all the glasses and plates we are using. I noticed that some of them are slightly broken in the edge maybe because we washed all the dishes manually. Perhaps it is due to lack of pallet racking where we can place all the plates and glasses. I tell my manager that if we continue on operating the restaurant without racks, all of this maybe broken.
